Responsible for overseeing the critical operations and 24x7 engineering team of data centers. Ensure efficient, reliable, and safe operation of infrastructure and systems, meeting high-quality standards and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations, maintenance, and modifications of critical environment systems.
• Manage command center operations, ensuring professionalism and adherence to SLAs.
• Implement change control processes and develop SOPs/EOPs for critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws, certifications, and safety standards.
• Develop annual maintenance and capital plans, communicate with stakeholders, and submit timely reports to customers.
• Train and qualify vendors for critical environment work.
• Manage site engineering teams, identify training needs, and ensure flawless execution of work activities.
• Operate during emergencies, be on-call 24x7

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in BM and English
• Minimum 8-10 years of managerial experience in overseeing engineering teams.
• Must be willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
• Strong technical knowledge of critical systems operations and risk management.
• Familiarity with financial terms, budget development, and computer applications.
