MYFutureJobs are currently assisting GES Manufacturing Services (M) Sdn Bhd, a member of the Venture Group of Companies, in sourcing a dedicated Executive, PM (Program Management) to join their team in Senai, Johor.

In this role, you will support the Business/Program Manager in managing assigned customer accounts, playing a key part in ensuring smooth production coordination and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report materials status on assigned products
• Plan shipment schedules and update customer reports
• Coordinate production activities and resolve schedule-related issues with relevant departments
• Review and provide delivery commitments for assigned product orders
• Drive materials readiness with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments
• Support departmental KPIs — On-time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Revenue, and Business Growth
• Control and report on inventory excess
• Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to workplace safety, health, and environmental (EHS) initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience in contract manufacturing or electronics manufacturing
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of staff
• Good written English and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge preferred
