SMART Factory Program Coordination Intern

Partner with our Program Manager to support the transformation of our Enstek site into a SMART Factory of the Future. In this role, you will help bridge shop-floor systems with enterprise data, contributing to key digital manufacturing initiatives. Beyond project coordination, you will gain hands-on exposure to industrial IoT, data analytics, automation, and smart manufacturing technologies that drive operational excellence. Scope: Support SMART Factory programs and digital transformation initiatives, including Data Visualization and Predictive Maintenance projects. Assist with PoCs, vendor testing, project documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Program Coordination

• Coordinate project plans, milestones, stakeholder follow-ups, SteerCo reporting, and Digital Roadmap activities.

 

Data & Visualization

• Develop and maintain AVEVA PI and Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and support KPI tracking under expert guidance.

 

Predictive Maintenance & Analytics

• Support FEED studies, IIoT vibration sensor deployments, vendor engagements, and AI use case development for predictive maintenance and operational improvement.
