• Identify, qualify, and secure high-value manufacturing projects across Southeast Asia.
• Manage complex product lifecycles from initial quote requests through to mass factory production.
• Bridge international clients with internal engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Oversee, mentor, and guide the daily output of a junior commercial team member.
• Gather market intelligence in automotive and appliance sectors to refine growth strategies.

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in manufacturing (plastics, components, or electronics preferred).
• Strong "hunter" track record in new customer acquisition and converting regional accounts.
• Leadership capability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Experience engaging international corporate clients and managing global business accounts.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
