Planner II is responsible for support production scheduling and material planning activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient utilization of manufacturing resources. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to achieve customer requirements and operational goals.

• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity availability.

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.

• Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.

• Analyze demand, capacity, and inventory data to optimize production planning.

• Expedite critical orders and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.

• Track production performance and identify risks that may impact delivery.

• Maintain accurate planning parameters and ERP system data.

• Prepare production planning reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and inventory management.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, materials planning, or manufacturing operations.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment; EMS or precision manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning concepts.
