We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Purchasing Supervisor to lead purchasing operations and support overall supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, ensuring material availability to support production, optimizing material costs, and leading a high-performing purchasing team.

• Lead and supervise the Purchasing team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Monitor material supply to meet production and MRP requirements.

• Develop and implement purchasing and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage supplier performance, pricing, and commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings.

• Analyze forecasts, inventory trends, and material planning to minimize shortages and excess stock.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, and Supply Chain.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and training.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
