About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in various facets of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration, while fulfilling academic requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

• Coordinate candidate communication and manage recruitment documentation.

• Enter and update employee and HR data in the Head Office system.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate basic reports for the HR team.
• Perform additional duties as may be reasonably assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Availability: Can start immediately and commit to a 3-month full-time internship.

• Academic Status: Must be credit-bearing (required by your educational institution to complete this internship for academic credits).

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
