Role Mission: Be a part of a healthy, rapidly growing vegan company!

Glow Food is a fast-casual dining chain that focuses on 100% plant-based, nutrient-dense meals. Our menu is designed to align with the "glow" philosophy by using science-backed nutrition to promote wellness and energy. As a Full-Time Service Crew member, you will champion Singapore's plant-based movement and cross-operate across our unique 6-in-1 multi-concept , delivering vibrant hospitality, plant-powered product knowledge, and seamless floor execution.

Key Responsibilities

1) Multi-Concept Hospitality: Greet and host guests warmly across all 6 concepts, adapting quickly to different brand energies.

2) Menu Ambassadorship: Confidently guide guests through our vegan offerings, explaining plant-based ingredients and dietary benefits.

3) Floor Operations: Execute smooth front-of-house workflow, including taking accurate orders via POS systems and assembling final presentations.

4) Table Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages efficiently, clearing tables and maintaining pristine dining environments.

5) Active Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our multi-concept kitchen team to ensure speed, quality, and guest satisfaction.


Requirements: Food Hygiene Certification is a must have!
