岗位职责
Job Description:
Lead, guide and train technicians
Drive company vehicle to repair CE product at customer's place
Using Samsung System to update job status
Using tablet to update/close jobs
Follow up the pending cases until closed
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' level and above
Able to converse in English
Class 3 driving license is a MUST
Basic Electronic and Electrical knowledge
On-site repair experience
Able to work as a team player and good problem-solving skills
