- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand process requirements, support technology roadmaps, and provide technical solutions that enhance semiconductor manufacturing performance.
- Perform equipment start-up, qualification, process matching, and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Design and execute process experiments (DOE), analyze process data, and generate technical reports to support new installations, upgrades, and continuous process improvements.
- Develop strong customer relationships by providing on-site technical support, training, and professional representation while ensuring compliance with safety and cleanroom standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, process engineering, or a related technical environment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, process characterization, and experimental design (DOE).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage customers on technical matters.
- Comfortable working in a semiconductor fabrication (cleanroom) environment, supporting standby duties, and travelling overseas when required.
