Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

• Greet walk-in and referred customers, listen to their needs, and recommend suitable models and packages in a clear, honest way.
• Run test drives, demonstrate vehicle features simply, and follow up to convert interest into confirmed sales.

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

• Handle leads end-to-end, prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing, and complete contracts in line with company procedures.
• Manage your pipeline to meet monthly targets and keep timely customer follow-ups to close deals.

Digital & Showroom Experience

• Respond promptly to online enquiries and create helpful social content to drive showroom visits.
• Maintain displays and sales materials so customers enjoy a smooth, informative buying experience.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive retail or a related customer-facing role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing customer follow-ups effectively.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Clear verbal communication with the ability to explain vehicle features and options to customers.
• Strong closing skills, including negotiation and handling objections during sales conversations.
• Experience with social media advertising or showroom promotions to support lead generation.
• Good product knowledge and basic familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly and customer-focused, able to build trust quickly with buyers and partners.
• Resilient and target-driven with solid time management and reliable follow-through.
