We are looking for a responsible and efficient E-Commerce Warehouse Packer to support our daily online order fulfilment for platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop and other online platforms
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Check products, variations and quantities before packing
• Print and attach shipping labels and airway bills
• Sort parcels according to the respective courier collection
• Ensure all daily orders are packed before the collection cut-off time
• Restock and organise warehouse inventory
• Maintain a clean and tidy packing area
• Assist with stock counting and other warehouse duties when required

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working independently and alone most of the time
• Able to manage daily tasks responsibly with minimal supervision
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Careful and responsible when handling products and customer orders
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, packing and carrying cartons
• Punctual, reliable and willing to learn
• Previous warehouse, packing or e-commerce fulfilment experience is preferred but not required
• Training will be provided

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Flexible working arrangement, provided that all orders due for the day are fully processed and completed before the courier collection cut-off time.

We are located at Kapo Building in Tai Seng, just a 3–5 minute walk from Tai Seng MRT Station.
