Job Descriptions

• Plan, manage, and oversee Electrical & M&E construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and project schedules.
• Manage design for Electrical and ELV works to ensure clients’ requirements are met.
• Prepare project documentation, including progress claims, material submissions, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience in Electrical & M&E construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project coordination, and site management.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
