• We are seeking a senior, commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to expand our business across Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
• You will lead market development, secure profitable projects and build strategic client accounts across the retail, F&B, office and commercial fit-out sectors.
• This role offers regional ownership, attractive performance incentives and strong operational support.

• Develop and execute the regional business development strategy.
• Activate and expand your industry network to generate qualified opportunities.
• Lead client pitches, tender negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Secure projects with sustainable pricing, payment terms and gross margins.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop long-term strategic accounts.
• Work with design, estimating and project teams to convert opportunities and ensure effective project handovers.
