Role Description The IT & Software Development Intern will support Attend Care Australia’s technology operations and digital solutions on-site at the Melbourne, VIC office. This contract role involves assisting with network monitoring, basic system administration tasks, and troubleshooting technical issues for internal users. The intern will help maintain secure and reliable IT infrastructure, document technical procedures, and contribute to improvements in IT processes. Day-to-day work may include supporting software updates, testing simple features or integrations, and coordinating with the care and administrative teams to resolve IT-related issues. The role offers practical experience in a healthcare-focused environment, working under the supervision of experienced IT staff.
