8 - 10 year working experience in manufacturing industry
Degree in Security Management, safety & health, sciences, or engineering studies
Preferred ex-armed force personnel
Knowledge of TAPA,CTPAT, ISO 27001
Postion Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and continuously review plant-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security, loss prevention, and crisis management.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability audits of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security blind spots.
Manage the contract and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the third-party security guard provider.
Approve guard force schedules, deployment strategies, and overtime budgets.
Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of physical security technologies
(CCTV, access control, perimeter defenses) and manage relationships with external tech vendor
Lead investigations into major incidents, complex inventory discrepancies, suspected internal fraud, or workplace violence
Design the overarching loss prevention strategy, focusing on high-risk areas like scrap material disposal, intellectual property, and shipping/receiving.
Collaborate with the plant’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and HR departments to align security policies with overall plant safety and compliance goals
