The successful candidate will be responsible in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as well as basic network connectivity issues, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment. Maintaining system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth system operations.

• Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1-2 years of relevant IT experience preferred.
• Must be resourceful, self-motivated, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; keep abreast with technology changes as well as able to work independently and be part of a team.

This role is based in Penang Branch, located at Tanjung Bungah, Penang.
