We're Hiring: Procurement Specialist (SAP Ariba)

An established and growing organization in the Manufacturing / Industrial sector is looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist to join its procurement team.

If you have a strong background in sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations, along with hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to supplier selection, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up

Utilize SAP Ariba and SAP ERP systems for procurement transactions, approvals, and reporting

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery

Conduct market analysis and support strategic sourcing initiatives

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and business objectives

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement requirements and deadlines

Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience

Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Procurement/MM modules

Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and contract management

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing, Industrial, Defence, or Aerospace sectors

• Global procurement or indirect purchasing exposure
