We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from client acquisition and talent sourcing to successful candidate placement and post-placement relationship management.

You will play a key role in delivering recruitment solutions to clients while building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including client sourcing, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interview arrangements
• Follow through the recruitment process until candidate onboarding
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Develop and grow talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients
• Support, coach, and guide junior consultants when required
• Contribute to team targets and overall business growth

Requirements:

• Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales-driven roles
• Experience in full 360 recruitment is highly preferred
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across multiple platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
