I'm currently partnering with a global technology company within the semiconductor industry in the search for a Project Manager for their Malaysia operations. The role will focus on driving complex engineering projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with multiple technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end equipment projects, managing timelines, risks, resources and delivery.
• Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and Field Service teams.
• Drive equipment build, tuning, quality inspection, shipment and customer-site installation.
• Manage technical changes, material readiness and project recovery plans.
• Work directly with customers to support buy-off, installation and final project acceptance.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in machinery, automation, semiconductor equipment or engineering project management.
• Strong technical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with equipment projects, NPI, commissioning or customer-facing project delivery is highly advantageous.
