Join us as a Part-Time Ticketing Host and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!

You will provide friendly sales assistance at our ticketing counters, assist guests with enquiries, and support the upselling of our over-the-counter products.

Job Scope:
Assist guests with enquiries and provide recommendations on our products and attractions.
Support sales and upselling of ticketing and over-the-counter products.
Manage crowd flow and queue control to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required based on operational needs.

Working Conditions:
️ Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
️ Flexible to work either of the following shifts:
 • AM Shift: 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour break)
 • PM Shift: 11:30am – 9:30pm (1-hour break)
 • Full Shift: 8:00am – 9:30pm (1.5-hour break)
️ Work locations: Ticketing Counters at Sentosa Island, HarbourFront, and Mount Faber Peak
