Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals who are keen to build a career in F&B operations and management. Fresh graduates are welcome. No prior F&B experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet
Learn different areas of outlet operations, including customer service, cashiering and food operations
Assist in staff supervision, roster planning and manpower deployment
Monitor service, food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards
Handle customer enquiries and feedback
Assist with stock control, inventory and ordering
Prepare basic operational reports and updates
Use computerised systems for daily operational and administrative matters
Assist in training and guiding staff
Progressively take on supervisory and outlet management responsibilities

Requirements

Diploma or Degree preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome
No prior F&B experience required
Computer literate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and be hands-on
Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
Able to work 6 days per week
Must be able to work weekends and Public Holidays
