Job Summary

Design and develop enterprise intranet solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform to automate workflows, enhance user experience, and integrate AI capabilities, supporting organizational efficiency and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise intranet solutions using SharePoint Online by customizing web parts, structuring site architecture, managing content, automating user access, and creating custom reports to optimize user experience
• Build automated business processes and applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate with existing systems
• Configure and administer low-code platforms by implementing business rules engines, workflow orchestration, process logic, data validation, user interface flows, and responsive page layouts within Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online environments
• Apply low-code/no-code development methodologies to enable rapid application development, empower user developers, and enforce platform governance best practices

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Implement Generative AI solutions and integrate AI capabilities into business applications and workflows
• Collaborate with government agencies by understanding public sector requirements, compliance frameworks, and managing stakeholders
• Hold relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, SharePoint Online, or Azure
• Coach and lead workshops to train non-technical users in developing Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate flows
• Develop data integration solutions, API development, and connect third-party systems
