Unseen Matters is a story-first sustainable gifting studio based in Kuala Lumpur that partners with corporations to create concept-driven, sustainable gifts and branded merchandise using materials like coffee leather, recycled ocean plastic, mycelium, cork, and reclaimed wood.
Over seven years the studio has completed 500+ projects for 400+ corporate clients across 18 countries, including Google, Meta, Petronas, Clarins, Cartier, Mercedes-Benz, Dell, and Siemens — across luxury brand campaigns, ASEAN summits, and large-scale association congresses.
The Sales & Business Development Manager will own a portfolio of corporate accounts, drive new business, and grow revenue across repeat and new clients. This is a revenue-accountable role with base salary plus uncapped performance commission — top performers consistently earn RM15,000–20,000/month within their first year. Average deal sizes range from RM15,000 to RM250,000. You are measured on what you close and what you grow, not on activity.
