The System Support Engineer provides technical support for IT systems and infrastructure, including deskside support, system troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support. The role helps ensure reliable system performance and resolves technical issues for users and business operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and devices.
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues.
• Support Windows and other enterprise IT environments.
• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.
• Assist with IT infrastructure and system projects.
• Ensure systems operate reliably and according to company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Good understanding of system maintenance and configuration.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
