Exodus F&B Hiro Sdn Bhd a.k.a Core Food Holding Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based food & beverage company operating under the brand Sushi Hiro, a Japanese restaurant concept inspired by Japan’s rich culinary heritage. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3+ years in training, F&B operations, or restaurant management, preferably within a multi-outlet restaurant or QSR chain.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Prior exposure to Japanese cuisine or sushi restaurant operations is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching/facilitation skills.
• Possess own transport and is willing to travel frequently between outlets.
• Based at the Head Office (Bdr Tasik Selatan) with frequent travel to Sushi Hiro outlets.

Responsibility

• New Employee Orientation – Coordinate and conduct orientation, onboarding, and completion of new-hire checklists.
• FOH Training – Coordinate and monitor service training, SOP compliance, and staff performance.
• BOH Training – Coordinate and monitor kitchen training, food safety, hygiene, and recipe/SOP compliance.
• Training Monitoring – Conduct outlet visits, track training progress, identify gaps, and arrange retraining.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain training records, update training materials, and prepare training reports.
• Training Support – Support new outlet openings, training needs assessment, and other training-related activities.
