Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in cost estimation, tender preparation, and supplier coordination?
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support project proposals and tender submissions by preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, supplier quotations, and purchasing arrangements. This role is suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience, while fresh graduates with the right qualifications are also welcome to apply.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in interior design or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
- Able to communicate issues effectively with different levels of management.
- Good at dealing with suppliers and contractors.
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Good working attitude and self-motivated.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- English and Mandarin required.
Key ResponsibilitiesCost Estimation & Tender Preparation
- Prepare cost estimates based on design layouts and 3D visuals for proposals and tender submissions.
- Prepare design proposals with Bills of Quantities (BQ) covering materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant project requirements.
- Ensure all required documents are prepared accurately and within the given timeframe.
Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to visit relevant project sites.
- Collect and evaluate proposals and quotations from third-party suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and subcontractors throughout the proposal process.
Material & Delivery Coordination
- Monitor material lead times and ensure deliveries are arranged according to project timelines.
- Coordinate purchasing and delivery arrangements for awarded project proposals.
- Ensure required materials and equipment are available at the site within the specified timeframe.
General Project Support
- Support the Director with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Assist with project-related purchasing, supplier coordination, and delivery arrangements.
- Work closely with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of project requirements.

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
