• Proactively manage and respond to online enquiries from social media, website, and other digital channels to ensure high conversion rates from leads to sales.
• ·Promote the company's products and services through both online and offline networking channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the Company's market reach and customer base.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, understand homeowners’ needs, including safety requirements, design preferences, budget and recommend suitable solutions.
• Coordinate or arrange on-site measurements; provides customized door design proposals and accurate quotations based on individual client requirements.
• Responsible for following up with clients to ensure on-time payment and successful payment collection.
• Coordinate communication between installation teams and homeowners to ensure smooth installation and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Proactive maintain customer relationships and ensure high-quality after-sales service to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective planning and consistent customer engagement.
• Attend training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collect and organize common inquiries, preferences, and feedback to support the marketing team in refining ad content and product offerings.
• Carry out other sales and business development duties assigned by the management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
