Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support content operations by reviewing and maintaining the quality of marketplace listings. This role involves ensuring that listings meet platform guidelines and comply with relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update product or marketplace listings according to established guidelines.
• Check listing information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements.
• Assign listings to the appropriate categories.
• Follow standard procedures and content guidelines when reviewing listings.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency when handling daily tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding content-related enquiries or issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
• Comfortable working on repetitive tasks in a structured environment
• Able to work independently in a remote setting

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• Attendance Incentive: RM300
• Annual Leave: Pro-rated (1 day per month based on contract duration)
• Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) provided in accordance with local regulations
