We're Hiring: SAP Cloud ALM Specialist!

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP solutions and cloud application lifecycle management, with a proven ability to optimize processes and enhance system performance.

Role: SAP Cloud ALM Specialist

Responsibilities: As a Technology Account Lead, you will be responsible for functioning as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your role includes integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work through up-selling and cross-selling. You will create the technology account plan and engage the right people to maximize opportunities and build the account. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Account Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management is recommended. Advanced proficiency in IT Transformation Planning, Business Transformation, and Technology Architecture Sales is suggested. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for expanding technology services within the account. Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive seamless delivery and integration of technology projects. Provide expert guidance on technology strategy and account growth initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes. Monitor account performance metrics and implement continuous improvement practices to elevate service quality and efficiency.
