About the role

We are hiring four Store Managers for a growing lifestyle retail business across Melaka and Kluang.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage daily store operations, lead the retail team and drive sales performance while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, schedule and motivate store employees.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor store KPIs and implement plans to improve performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and regular stock counts.
• Minimise stock losses and ensure proper loss-prevention practices.
• Handle cash management, banking and store reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.

Key Requirements

• SPM or Diploma qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Previous supervisory or store management experience.
• Experience managing employees, inventory, cash and work schedules.
• Background in footwear, fashion, apparel, sports or lifestyle retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate availability or a notice period of up to two months is preferred.
