• Review and moderate user-uploaded videos to ensure they comply with community guidelines, terms of service, and content policies.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with other functional departments, remake and edit video when needed, offering suggestions to improve content quality or compliance.
• Analyze user feedback and video performance metrics to identify potential improvements in content policies and moderation strategies.
• Train, supervise, and schedule live streaming hosts according to their available time slots, rescheduling as needed.
• Collaborate closely with live streaming hosts, monitor, and understand live stream performance using insights and analytics across various work shifts.
• Implement standardized guidelines and procedures to track and monitor the adherence and performance of live streaming hosts.
• Stay updated on skincare and beauty product trends in the market and be resourceful in identifying potential resellers.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
