SKP BM Electronics Sdn. Bhd. (SKP BM) is well established since 2017. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKP Resources Bhd. (SKP Resources Group). Our branch is located at Taman Teknologi Johor – Senai, JOHOR, is a recognized Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider.

Job Purpose / Job Summary

• A project or program leader to ensure NPI is implementing and progressing as per plan, to meet organization's goal and objective, and customer standard and requirement, which is to transform a product from PI stage to mass production successfully and punctually.
• A contact window for internal (the organization) and external (customers).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational issues with the goal of meeting customer delivery requirements.
• Monitors trends related to operations and others and take appropriate actions where necessary.
• Manages and co-ordinates activities among different department to meet set objectives and customer requirements-delivery, quality and profitability.
• Lead and manage NPI projects from concept through production readiness.
• Work with design, quality, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and seamless product launch.
• Interpret and review technical drawings, BOMs and customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.
• Support the transition from prototype to production, including tooling, fixtures, and machine setup.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the NPI process.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain close communication with customers and internal teams to manage change requests and feedback.
• Support cost estimation and quoting activities for new projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ad hock task will be assigned by superior if any.

Qualifications

• Degree / diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering.
• 2 years experiences in electronics industries (Box build operations).
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional and lead initiatives.
