Experience Matters is looking for a sharp, proactive Events Professional to join our team and bring ambitious concepts to life.

We dream, design, and deliver high-impact experiential events for discerning clients. Based in Singapore, our team produces work alongside industry-leading brands, staged across the globe.

What you'll do here:

• End-to-end Event Management: Serve as a key client point of contact, manage project timelines, plan and execute events seamlessly - from creating detailed proposals to post-event wrap-up
• Strategic Design: Conceptualise innovative themes, design complex event layouts (alongside our in-house designers), and craft overall programming for high-stakes corporate events, thought leadership forums and corporate hospitality events
• Growth & Collaboration: Manage your time autonomously, take initiative on new ideas, and actively develop your industry skill set

What makes a great fit:

• Relevant Experience: 3+ years in event management, production, operations, or account servicing
• Execution: Exceptional project management skills with high attention to detail under pressure
• Communication: Natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly with clients and vendors
