Job Description

• Assist in the reconciliation and review of some of Account Payable Balance Sheet accounts, such as Prepayment, Accounts Payable, Accruals, ensuring that Account Payable Balance Sheet’s balances are accurate and fully traceable.
• Assist in reconciling the Account Payable general ledger (Balance Sheet data), analyze and determine which items can be set off, and mark the eligible data to optimize the output quality of the aging report.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including the preparation of basic financial tracking schedules and summary data consolidation.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students currently enrolled, preferably degree or master students, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related disciplines.
• Familiar with basic accounting standards and general financial accounting processes; understands the nature and classification of balance sheet accounts, and the business logic behind accruals, accounts payable, and prepayments.
• Strong data sensitivity, with the ability to quickly identify potential write-off relationships and abnormal data, as well as basic logical analysis skills. Proficient in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, quick to learn, and adaptable.
• Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
