The role will also support the end-to-end lifecycle of workflow enhancement initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The role also serves as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder adoption, and sustainable operational excellence across the HR workflow landscape.

• Provide end-to-end support for the optimization, enhancement, maintenance, and rollout of
• Enboarder workflows across APAC countries.
• Estimated number of breakfixes and enhancements: average 10 items per month
• Coordination with Country stakeholders for UAT and training
• Focus on high-impact issues and enhancements that improve user experience, resolution time, and reporting accuracy
• UAT coordination plans and execution completions
• Issue log and resolution tracker for all breakfixes
• Enhancement proposals and implementation plans
• Configured Enboarder workflow components
• Training materials and inquiry support documentation
• All deliverables must be editable and accessible for future internal updates

Desired Skills and Experience

- Hands-on experience with Enboarder or similar workflow and employee experience platforms.
- Experience in workflow design, configuration, and process automation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with UAT coordination, defect management, and release
