Program Manager – APAC Supply Chain Transformation - 12 Month Rolling Contract

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the APAC deployment of a major supply chain planning and business transformation program. This role will drive the regional implementation of OMP Advanced Planning System and the supporting Target Operating Model, ensuring the global solution is successfully adapted for APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the APAC OMP and Target Operating Model transformation program.
• Develop and execute the regional change management and deployment strategy.
• Adapt global and North American deployment templates to meet APAC business requirements.
• Coordinate regional teams, functional experts, global Centres of Excellence and third-party partners.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
• Manage program plans, dependencies, risks, milestones and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure technology investments support business objectives and enhance supply chain capabilities.
• Lead the development and delivery of regional training and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Establish end-user support tools and processes for go-live and ongoing operations.
• Build and support a regional change champion network to drive adoption.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices across markets and regions.

About you

• At least five years’ experience delivering complex business transformation or enterprise software implementation programs.
• Strong program management and change management experience within major technology transformations.
• Experience implementing Advanced Planning Systems; OMP experience is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and operating model transformation.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and developing user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate complex regional and global environments with multiple interdependencies.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and delivery skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
