SB Reserve Pte Ltd is looking for a personable and service-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team.

What You'll Do

Assist with the daily operations and ensure smooth service
Provide knowledgeable and professional wine service to guests
Build rapport with guests and create a warm, engaging dining experience
Maintain high standards of service and hospitality
Support and coordinate daily activities with the team
Handle administrative duties, documentation and operational tasks
Use Microsoft Word, Excel and cloud-based applications for administrative work
Assist with inventory, records and other duties as required
Support the Manager with the overall operations of the establishment

What We're Looking For

Wine knowledge and wine service experience is a MUST
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Personable and confident, with the ability to engage guests and hold meaningful conversations
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and cloud-based applications
Experience in a fine dining or premium hospitality setting is an advantage
Well-organised, responsible and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service
Positive attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality
