岗位职责

  • Job Role Description:
  • Communicate and review sale teams' sales performance metrics against key performance indicators.
  • Conduct negotiation of sales agreements.Handle complex customer enquiries.
  • Lead follow-up with clients to close sales.
  • Manage sales channels and database of sales leads.
  • Participate in relevant industry events for networking.
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to high-growth projects and innovative markets.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
