Job Summary
Perform onsite delivery, installation, retrieval, and assessment of healthcare instrumentation equipment while supporting the Operations team with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, install, retrieve, and assess healthcare instrumentation equipment onsite to ensure proper functioning and client satisfaction
- Support the Operations team by completing assigned ad-hoc tasks efficiently and accurately
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet operational deadlines and maintain workflow
- Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service to clients and team members
- Adhere strictly to scheduled appointment times and work hours, including occasional after-hours and weekend shifts
- Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to document and report work activities
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license to perform onsite duties involving travel
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completed at least NITEC certification, preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
