  2. Curriculum Design: Prepare clear, comprehensive Schemes of Work that align with learning goals.
  3. Student Growth: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and mark assignments and assessments.
  4. Classroom Leadership: Maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning.
  5. Collaborative Communication: Build strong relationships through clear communication with parents, colleagues, and administration.
