Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications to meet business requirements
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality
• Develop backend services using Golang, Python, Node.js, or .NET to deliver robust server-side solutions
• Create responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to enhance user experience and system reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to facilitate team collaboration and future maintenance
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to software development best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain application stability
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to align technical solutions with business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in at least one backend technology: Golang, Python, Node.js, or .NET (C#/.NET Core)
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integration
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support containerization and cloud deployment
• Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and system architecture to improve code quality and system design
