Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our Asia Business Development team, we are looking for a:


Global Strategic Alliance (GSA) Client Management Analyst


Reporting to the Head of Client Servicing, Asia, the GSA Client Management Analyst will provide operational, administrative and coordination support to the GSA Client Coverage team in managing strategic partnerships across Asia.


This is primarily a support and execution role responsible for coordinating client servicing activities, preparing client materials, managing internal stakeholders and ensuring the timely delivery of partnership initiatives. Working closely with Investments, Product, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Legal & Compliance and other functions, the individual will support in the delivery of a high-quality experience for strategic partners and business growth objectives.


YOUR ROLE


Partnership Support and Execution


  • Provide day-to-day support to the GSA Client Coverage team in servicing strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, due diligence requests and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations and briefing documents.
  • Support client communications, training sessions and engagement activities.
  • Assist with the implementation of investment solutions and partnership initiatives.
  • Track deliverables, timelines and action items across internal stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding, operational setup and implementation processes.
  • Consolidate client feedback and internal updates to support relationship management activities.


Market Intelligence and Business Support


  • Monitor market, industry, regulatory and competitive developments relevant to strategic partnerships.
  • Support business reviews, account planning and management reporting through research and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing business updates, client reports and management presentations.
  • Monitor business pipelines and partnership opportunities.
  • Provide analytical and project support to the Client Coverage team.


Coordination, Governance and Administration


  • Maintain accurate client, activity and opportunity data in relevant systems.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, governance forums and account review sessions.
  • Track actions, milestones, approvals and risks to support timely execution.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in client servicing, sales support, relationship management support, business management, project coordination or product support roles. Experience working with private banks, wealth management platforms, fund distributors or strategic intermediary partners is highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives within a global organisation is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities with close attention to detail.
  • Commercial, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative, proactive and accountable
  • Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable to support effective communication and relationship management with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region.
