Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team in Penang. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

This is an on-site role requiring candidates to travel across Penang Island and Mainland Penang, so candidates must have their own transportation.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the Penang market.

•Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.

•Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

•Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, pricing discussions, contract negotiation, and closing.

•Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

•Maintain accurate sales and account information using CRM and data tools.

•Monitor sales performance, pipeline, market trends, and customer feedback.

•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

•Take ownership of assigned accounts, targets, and business development activities.

•Travel across Penang Island and Mainland Penang as required.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

•Approximately 0–4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related field.

•Strong negotiation and closing skills, including pricing and contract discussions.

•Familiarity with CRM systems and data tools such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, or SQL is an advantage.

•Fluent in Mandarin and/or Hokkien.

•Familiarity with the Penang market, particularly Mainland Penang, is preferred.

•Must be a university graduate.

• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel across Penang Island and Mainland Penang.
