About the Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support both pre-contract and post-contract activities for interior fit-out and renovation projects. This role is suitable for candidates with relevant experience in quantity surveying, and junior candidates with strong interest in the industry are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties

2. Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, quotations, and bills of quantities

3. Manage material budgeting, cost analysis, and procurement activities

4. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

5. Assess subcontractor claims, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

6. Conduct site valuation and support project cost control

Requirements

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying

2. Two (2) years of working experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit-out, interior design, or renovation projects

3. Experience in procurement and contract management is an added advantage

4. Exposure to pre-contract and post-contract work is preferred

5. Good communication, planning, and time management skills

6. Able to work independently and meet deadlines

7. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred due to business communication needs

8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior-level opportunities
