About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at MSK BUILDER HOLDINGS (M) SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews to ensure timely completion of projects

2. Monitoring construction progress and quality to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies

3. Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

4. Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

5. Preparing and submitting daily/weekly progress reports, timesheets and other documentation

6. Providing guidance and support to construction workers to improve their skills and productivity

7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing more efficient workflows

What we're looking for

1. Stay in Seremban / Melaka (HQ in Seremban)

2. Minimum 1 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer in the construction industry (Mechanical Qualification Background )

3. Willing to work overtime and travel outstation.

4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools and equipment

5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills

6. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead construction crews

7. Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
