The Director Cleanroom & Dryroom (CDR) & Media Supply (MES) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the entire production process as well as the overall management of the site. You’ll lead and coordinate production, purchasing, planning, and facilities management, ensuring seamless operations across all functions. The role leads a team of approximately 100 employees and is accountable for business performance, operational excellence, quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. The Director drives process optimization, organizational development, and the effective execution of the company’s strategy. This position provides leadership, vision, and direction to the organization while balancing global business priorities with local market requirements. A strong focus is placed on achieving revenue and profitability targets, improving operational efficiency, and delivering defined P&L objectives. The role is also responsible for building a high-performing organization and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related area
• 10-15 years' of management experience
• Ability to travel
