Looking for a role where you won’t be stuck behind a desk all day? Join our Marketing team and gain hands-on exposure to property marketing, events, CRM, customer engagement and sales campaigns.

From coordinating mall booths and property events to supporting marketing campaigns and engaging with customers — you’ll be involved from idea to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing property marketing campaigns, promotions and events to generate leads and support sales

• Coordinate mall booths, roadshows, exhibitions and on-site marketing activities

• Support CRM activities, including updating customer information, lead records and campaign databases

• Assist with customer engagement and lead follow-ups, ensuring enquiries are properly recorded and channelled to the Sales team

• Support initiatives to improve customer experience and lead conversion

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams to ensure marketing activities run smoothly

• Assist with marketing materials, quotations, invoices, permits and other documentation

• Support the preparation of marketing plans, presentations and campaign proposals

• Assist with social media content, promotional materials and other marketing initiatives

• Monitor campaign activities, leads and marketing expenses and provide updates to the team

About you

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communications or a related discipline

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Comfortable with both paperwork and hands-on, on-site work

• Confident communicating with customers, vendors and internal teams

• Organised, proactive and good at following up

• Creative, energetic and willing to learn

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems, Canva or digital marketing tools is an advantage

• Experience real property marketing
