职位描述

岗位职责

  • To support all admin matters
  • To assist and support the logistics department
  • To provide admin support to Sales team for overseas assignment
  • To ensure the smooth operation in the import/export schedule
  • Monitor inventory and delivery schedule,
  • To update the delivery statues for all projects upon delivery
  • To source for the freight forwarder
  • Take charge and arrange for all stationery and IT matters
  • To process the Purchase Orders and to monitor the delivery of statues from the Suppliers
  • To assist in preparing the sales quotation and invoices
  • Support other human resource and administration duties
