  • Sound ability to manage situations needing fairness, diplomacy, sound judgment, and firmness
  • Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints and apply power and hand tools
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and in working with a personal computer and various relevant software tools
  • Strong ability to create and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees, supervisors, suppliers, vendors, contractors, community groups, general public, and external public agencies; also knowledge of and ability to implement safe work practices.
